How it works
Every repair order has those three lines. Here's what each one looks like when I'm the one writing it.
Text me the year, make and model and what you're noticing. A photo of the warning light or a short video of the noise helps.
I come out and find the actual problem. Diagnostic visits are a flat fee, and I waive it if you have me do the repair.
You get a written estimate and approve it before I start. I fix it on the spot, show you what I replaced, and check in afterward to make sure it's right.
Pricing
California law requires a written estimate before repair work, and I can't charge more than that estimate without your OK. I treat that as the starting point. You'll know the price before I pick up a wrench, and the quote I give is the quote I honor.
Want your old parts back? Ask when you book. Parts that go back to the supplier for a core charge or warranty claim are the exception, and I'll show you those before they go.
